Fear
Name it out loud, then use it. Fear is concern that hasn't yet been alchemized.

Brian Germain has spent thirty years teaching people how to do scary things calmly. Now he does it for teams that have to perform when it counts.
What changes
Not a motivational hit that fades on the drive home. Six things your people walk out able to do differently.
Name it out loud, then use it. Fear is concern that hasn't yet been alchemized.
The door, not the wall.Slow the moment down. The calm person in a crisis is more in control of the outcome.
Breath before action.Find your center, then decide what matters, and let everything else wait its turn.
One thing at a time.People follow the steadiest nervous system in the room. Train your emotional set point.
Steady is contagious.Get up in a way that makes the next fall less likely. Recovery is a skill, not a trait.
Land, learn, go again.Be fully here for the people in front of you. A coherence of mind and heart can happen in any moment.
This moment is the job.Signature keynotes

The origin story
For most of his adult life Brian's office was the open door of an airplane. He spent decades designing parachutes and teaching people to fly them, won an X-Games title doing it, and wrote the book that a generation of pilots learned from.
Then the fall that should have ended everything. The long way back sent him into contemplative psychology, and turned a question he had been answering with his body into one he could answer for anyone: what do you do with fear when you cannot walk away from it?
The answer became Transcending Fear, then a coaching practice, then the stage. And two sons, who are the reason the work got serious.
That is where the work started. It is not where it stayed.

Coaching
A keynote lights the room. Coaching is what happens when one person, or one team, wants the change to hold.
For leaders, athletes and anyone standing at a door of their own. Direct, practical and grounded in thirty years of watching people meet fear well and badly.
Contemplative walks in the woods for families, friends and small teams. Meditation in motion, and the conversation that only happens on a trail.
Take a keynote and make it stick: a series built for one team, one pressure, one outcome you can measure.
I have attended many courses/ seminars over the last 21 years with my employer and I must tell you, never have I ever witnessed a more passionate and dynamic speaker. His message is profound and timely, and we got much more than we expected!
