Safety Camp at The Parachute Farm

Location: Training Facility in Historic Brookville Maryland. (Address provided after signup)

Two full days of in-depth canopy flight training: theory and discussion, virtual reality skydives, hanging harness training, as well as ram air kiting and paragliding if the weather is appropriate. Rigging and sewing instruction is also an option. If you bring appropriate clothing, we will take nice hike in my majestic forest. Be sure to bring carrots to the horses!

Options for where to stay:

1) There are two spare beds in the cabin.

2) I have a fun carpeted area in the barn loft for "glamping", including a hammock and a small sauna!

3) I set up a large tent in the forest, just a five minute walk from the house.

4) If you have your own tent or small trailer, there are a vast number of possibilities.

5) There is a lovely Bed and Breakfast nearby! https://www.greengablesbandb.com/

*Yes I have a campfire circle and picnick area by the creek!

We typically cook together, and hang out by my wood stove and talk. Bring any food you love! Bring warm clothing, and rain gear.
